The story will take us on an enchanting journey through local history
and folklore invoking elements of the natural environs of Cape Cod.
The heroic battle scene takes place aboard the ship as it is attacked
by mooncussers off the coast of Eastham and a swift and violent
storm off Monomoy Point threatens the voyage.   The salty old Sea
Captain replaces the traditional Drosselmeyer character. Having
sailed the high seas, he returns home to Chatham bearing exotic
gifts for Clara. You will becharmed by the Waltz of the Sea Grass
and will by thrilled by the Dance of the Icy Winds.

This magical production will take place the weekend before
Thanksgiving. The cast of over 80 dancers will include professional
dancers from major U.S. ballet companies as well as prominent local
citizens and students from Cape Cod!
